Feed labels can be hard to understand and many times misleading. I make my own feed everyday for the geese and mix with commercial feeds. There are some websites I have found very helpful.
This Research team has done allot of research to help feed company's and produces to provide information. I do not pay for there calculator but there information is available per item.

I have to admit I still feed soy but over the last 2 years have cut the quantity they get drastically this is a study on soy verses flax meal.
